Are you doing any standing overhead presses?
If not, you are leaving muscle and strength gains on the table, unrealized.

    Default Good stuff

This article serves further validation of my interested in the olympic press. I guess when I get good at it, it will be much stronger than my strict. I have been watching various vids at lift.net and because of the age of the film, the first layback always seems pretty slow, granted with much more weight.

    Excellent article, Marty!

However I noticed one thing that should be corrected. In the last paragraph on page 5 you wrote: "go to the website LiftUp.com - this site has a treasure trove of top Olympic weightlifters doing the Olympic lifts." Unfortunately, this is incorrect as the webpage LiftUp.com is listed as for sale. The correct website is liftup.chidlovski.net/.

Other than that, keep up the good work and happy pressing!

Great article. Thank you. I wish I could figure out this lift. It has eluded me so far.

On page one in a caption it says "Critics contend IPF wanted shorter competitions.". Should that be IWF?
