    Thanks, Dr Baraki. I've had osteoarthritis in my right knee for 16 years or so. It got remarkably better after I started SS 4 years ago and has stabilized at a slightly creaky level. Still better than it used to be. Squats really help. Deadlifts, however, sometimes cause swelling and pain.
