Thanks guys! In 2011, Wolf told me he thought I could bench 500. I want to make that prophecy come true before I need a full shoulder replacement when I'm in my 50's. LOL.

DL: 505X2X4...cut a set out to pay for that squat fatigue from Monday. All moved well. Slight drop in performance (compared to last time deadlifting) due to needing to shake fatigue and starting really late. Stayed home today with my little baby (who is not feeling well). She comes first. Training fits in where it fits in on days like this. Got through deads before bedtime to avoid the conflict of interest.

KP: 215X2X5...presses and benches continue to roll along. I think these two movement truly compliment one another. The gainz from bench make the press stronger and working the press moderately hard gives the bench great recovery due to the weight being so much lighter. Too bad my deadlifts and squats are always fighting each other for resources. I need to manage them a little better.

NGPU: 3 sets of 6 band assisted with 35 extra lbs..deadhang
Tricep Extensions: 1/2 band tension 3 sets of 10
Rear Delt Raises: 35 lbs (dumbells) 2 sets of 6
