If I get a 660 squat and 340 bench (bench should be easiest), then I only have to pull 518 or so to PR my total. Hope to pull a lot more than that though.

You gonna be pulling sumo or conventional? Good luck!

I thought you loved sumo? You pull more conventional than sumo?

I do love sumo. When I pull raw, they are typically about the same poundage. Conventional has just felt a little better recently.

This made me laugh - not because it's funny HA HA, but because it's amazing and well, fucking amazing.

    Squat
584, 622, 661 miss - felt heavy today. May have peaked too early.

    Bench
    308, 336, 347 miss

    Deadlift
523, 567, 600 miss - 567 was incredibly fast but hard to hold on to. Need more pulling to bring up grip.

Got small PRs on bench, dead and total. Wasn't adequately prepared for the meet physically or mentally. Need to take more time for the next one, which should be in june. Had to do some last minute coaching/handling at the meet as well. Everyone I helped did well which was cool.
