    Thanks, everyone. Austin, congrats on the recent meet results btw. Very nice total, especially at 192.

    Sean, I just hope my mom doesn't read it. I wrote parts of it in a cafe that overlooks sidewalks full of scantily clad young women. I guess my distraction sort of worked its way into the article.

    Thanks man. After I shared the article around, one of the newer kids I coach messaged back saying: "so I Googled Rachel Starr and Gianna Michaels- can confirm, not famous powerlifters" ... I found that hilarious.

    Press 215x5, called it due to some nagging pains and strains exacerbated by yesterday's deadlifts.
    Tried some db rows, didn't work either.
    Did some db holds for time to work grip.

    --Should have stayed home today. No training til Tuesday, and that's an order.

    --Just getting a little blood flowing. Next Tues will be squat 495xAMRAP (fingers crossed for 5) and deadlift 620x3.
