    Deadlift 500x8 (speed stayed pretty much constant, not sure how many times I can pull 500, but it's many more than 8)
    Snatch grip deadlift (beltless) 385 4x8
    Pullups bw+20 5x8

    10/5 BLOCK 1: HYPERTROPHY/ACCUMULATION, WEEK 2
    Squat 405 5x8
    Hi-bar paused above parallel squat 245 3x8

    --405 for 5x8 was easy insofar as I never really strained or approached even an RPE of 8. The challenge was fending off a major cardio-respiratory event and making it through the back pumps that set in after set 3.

    --525x8 was maybe a 7 RPE. Was pretty tired by the third set of snatch grips though.

    --Left hamstring is a little tender and I'm not sure why. Need to pound the calories between now and Monday afternoon.
