    Pullups bw+50 5x5 (might have done 6 last set)

    --Normal gym was closed for renovation today so we had to train in the hood. The weights felt a little heavier.

    Those deadlifts looked like warmups!

    Also it seems you're definitely doing something right in your training because it seems like your lifts are still progressing at a good pace considering that you're a pretty advanced lifter.

    Thanks man. The more advanced I get, the more attention I have to pay to stuff I used to not care about, like diet and sleep. I'll continue to dial it all in for as long as I can.

    --Good day. Been eating 5-6 meals/day, getting at least 220 grams of protein. Don't count my other macros, but I seem to be doing well like this and not getting too fat.

    --Training has been great the last 6 months or so. Immune system...not so much. Getting sick yet again. Still felt strong and, as usual, will just need to train through this little cold.
