The pooping (still pretty fucked up) and bw (191) seem to have stabilized, so fuck it. Went back to work and the gym today. Going to do a really fast LP type thing before I go on vacation next Thursday.

--Everything was easy but I'm sure I'll be sore. Will be squatting and pulling again on Wed. and Fri. Doing upper body on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. Will take Sunday off.
Are you taking an oral rehydration solution? That would be really important in the context of diarrhea. Regular fluid intake isn't enough to maintain hydroelectrolytic balance if the fluid loss is severe.
