    2" deficit deadlift 630x4
    Snatch grip deadlift 535x4,4

    Followed by perhaps the finest night of karaoke in my life

    Squat (deload) up to 465x1, right hip wasn't having it today, plus I've squatted heavy many weeks in a row and probably needed the deload
