I really like the way you train. It looks so basic and nonetheless you are one of the strongest guys on here and still making progress.
Thanks, man. I've learned that I just don't respond well to a lot of volume/frequency and can't train the way a lot of folks here train.

Knees and hip told me I was done. Need to pull heavy Friday so didn't want much volume anyway. Signed up for the starting strength meet in Atlanta on April 1st. Might try to get one powerlifting meet in before then.
