I'm not sure whether I'll cut to 198 or go 220 at the PL meet. If 198, I'd like to match my 220 total from last time of 1725. If 220, I want at least 1750.
I have no idea what to expect at the SS meet. I'd likely be happy with around a 570-600 squat, 260 press, and 700 deadlift given the different equipment and fact that I just peaked for a PL meet a few weeks prior. My lifts at the PL meet should be more in the 600/425/725 range.
I squatted 601 at my last meet but haven't gotten any stronger on that lift due to some injuries that have necessitated very low squat training frequency/volume. I should show some improvement on my 419 bench and 705 deadlift from the previous meet.
