    then I did chins and pullups with 2 skinny bands, then some pulldowns with the rope thing a few sets of 2-3 dips. Nothing felt good and I chalked it up to being on day 4 in a row of training. Left the gym and went to a powerlifting meet. As soon as I watched a few girls lift I felt some remorse at not signing up. Whatever though. By the time I got home all of my joints were sore, my throat is swollen, and I'm dizzy. Explains why I felt slow this morning. Hoping to rest tonight and tomorrow and be ready to squat on Monday.

    This was supposed to be the start of my 3's week. I'm still a bit under the weather though, and it showed in the gym

    Squat
    2x5x45
    1x3x95
    1x3x130
    1x3x135
    1x2x145 had to cough, dumped the bar on the pins.
    2x1x145 as soon as I released my breath at the top I started coughing. Decided it wasn't going to happen today.

    Hang power cleans
    1x5x45
    3x3x65

    RDLs
    3x6x95

    Decided to forgo any conditioning as I can't breath very well and hot tea is probably a wiser choice in the long run. Days like this always leave me with training blue balls, but what can you do?

    cursing my germy children and their germy friends today. This cough is settling in. Haven't been sick in like 2 years.

    Bench
    2x5x45
    1x3x65
    1x3x70
    1x3x75
    1x8x80. Failed rep 9. Racked the bar and coughed for 30 seconds.

    Curlz, db rows, light barbell press, lying skull crushers. Not in that order. All lighter than I'd normally do for 3-5x 8-10. Did not have a sweet pump in my arms when I left the gym.

    felt like poo, still coughing which is fucking up my sleep. did nothing else. The best part of weeks like this are knowing that next week is going to have to kick ass, because it can't all be bad.

    instead of heavy singles, squatted 5x3x135. still can't breathe well and singles felt icky.
