then I did chins and pullups with 2 skinny bands, then some pulldowns with the rope thing a few sets of 2-3 dips. Nothing felt good and I chalked it up to being on day 4 in a row of training. Left the gym and went to a powerlifting meet. As soon as I watched a few girls lift I felt some remorse at not signing up. Whatever though. By the time I got home all of my joints were sore, my throat is swollen, and I'm dizzy. Explains why I felt slow this morning. Hoping to rest tonight and tomorrow and be ready to squat on Monday.
