    Monday (2/20):

    Bench (5+)

    Worked up to 340#x6.

    Felt pretty good with it. Pretty close to 10, I'd say 9-9.5 - little further than I wanted to take it but got 5 last time I had 340, so really wanted to beat it.

    Speed Bench - 8x3 at 380# w/ reversed green bands
    Handstand Pushups - 3x10
    Weighted Dips - 3x10 at bw + 100#

    Tuesday (2/21):

    Deads (5+) at 530

    worked up to 530# x 8

    Pretty good day! Energy was kinda low, and let myself get too distracted with my phone, but 8 was the number I was aiming for, probably 1 or so in the tank.


    Speed Dead: 5x3 at 335# + Green shorties
    Pause Squats: 3x5 at 365#

    Wednesday (2/23):

    Chins (3+): 125#

    Worked up to 125# x 5

    These are starting to fall behind a little bit. Used a loading pin for the first time thinking it would make loading heavier weights a lot easier. It does, but I had a hard time getting the plates at the right height so it didn't bang the shit out of my knees.

    Muscle ups : 5x3 on bar
    DB rows: 3x10 at 125# bells
    Neutral grip Lat pulls: 3x10 at 225#
    DB shrugs: 3x20 at 125# bells
    Toes 2 bar: 3x12
    GHD situps: 3x15

    Felt prett ok with these. Ultimate goal is to do bw x 10, press fell way back, now trying to work on it again

    Speed: 8x3 at 145# +50# in chain
    Incline DB bench: 3x10 at 110# bells
    Seated DB Press: 3x10 at 70# bells
    BB Front raises: 3x12 at 70#
    Reverse Flys: 3x12
    Band pullaparts: 3x12

    Whats up homie. I just started my log back up here as well.

    I was looking through my log the other day looking for old PR amounts and stuff and just reading through all the conversations we used to have was crazy. Me, you, Patrick, DV, Tom, Les, Craig, Steve, Oldster etc. I'm busier at work now than I used to be so I doubt I'll ever post like that again, but it's good that you and Tom and Patrick are all still posting here.

    I'll try to make sure I keep checking in.

    By the way, NFL draft is in Philly this year! And it's being held right outside my work. I'm definitely going to the Thursday Night first round. I'm psyched.

    I'll have to go find your log again man. I literally just started posting again this week, took a long time off. Same with me and work - I got promoted again about 12 months ago, but means I am buried all the time. My posting will likely be sporadic, but I'm going to try to at least keep up with the logs I used to follow.
