    That DL had serious speed and to be honest I think you had probably 2 left. That third rep still had a lot of speed.

    Also, I've been following your nutrition e-book religiously and I look nothing like you. I am disappoint.

    Starting to struggle and just get by here - not sure how much runway I have left

    no video, phone died - felt like shit and weak. Press is struggling.

    No video, someone called right as I was starting my set and shut the video down. Pretty annoying. Should have been 8, pussed out because 7 felt heavy and I was pretty fatigued.

    Make up day and Conditioning:

    Great day! might be a PR, dunno. Was happy to get four though. Probably a 9.5, maybe a 10. Little further than I wanted to take it. Forgot my handy sheet on my desk, so had to try to calculate my sets at the gym and used the wrong max - everything was 5lbs heavier than I was supposed to go.

    Bench Volume - 5x5 at 305#
    Paused Press - 3x5 at 160#
    Weighted Dips - 5x5 at bw + 125#
    DB Fly's - 3x10 at 80's

    These felt pretty damn good. Last one slowed down, but not bad. Probably 1-1.5 in the tank. About 90% sure this is a 5rep PR, it's pretty damn cool to be setting PRs considering the current state of my training.

    NFL Draft is in Philly this year about 5 blocks from my work. Me and a ton of friends are going to the Thursday night portion. It's all taking place outside and they are building a 3,000 seat outdoor ampitheatre. We got in the lottery to win tickets for that seating but didn't win. But they have a huge outdoor setup besides that planned where they will be selling beer, having all kinds of event stands, and even having spots where you can run the 40 and do the vertical leap test. Then there will be huge screens all over showing the draft too. I'm pretty psyched about it.

    Who are you hoping for this year? You have two firsts now, which is cool.

    My wish list for 14 for the Eagles is Corey Davis, Derek Barnett, Marlon Humphrey.

    dude - I miss our mock draft contests, lol. That shit was so much fun. I'm still on the fence about the Brandin Cooks trade. I get that we really like Michael Thomas, but Cooks offered a different skill set.

    I would LOVE if we drafted my boy Dalvin Cook. Don't think that is going to happen though. Likely a pass rusher - this draft seems to have a few of them - Solomon Thomas, Taco Charlton, Derrick Barnett. I'd probably be ok with any of those, with a preference for Thomas who seems to be falling for some reason. At 32 - I'd love to see if someone like OJ Howard is still there (don't think he will be) or the TE from Miami. I could see them going boring though, our OL was in rough shape at the end of the year last year, so wouldn't be surprised at all to see a Guard, who we used to put a lot of emphasis on.
