First time doing 8s in a long time. Squats moved fine, but bench felt super weak. I think that it was partly due to not being used to doing 8s and partly due to not being accustomed to benching after squatting as I was doing separate upper body and lower body days for the past few months. I am sure things will bounce back.

Fell a little behind here. Training is going okay. Bench still feels off/weak, but everything else seems to be coming back. I could probably benefit from a little more frequency, especially on the bench and the squat, but my schedule has been very hectic, so 2x/week is about all I can get in right now.
