    Pretty good training session. I was really happy with the paused squats. I really suck at rack pulls. It is such a tough part in the ROM for me to start my pull from.

    HA! I don't know how you rack pull as much as you do. I am terrible at them.

    I had to laugh when I watched that rack pull video. I know that exact feeling - like you're pulling with every fiber of your being and the bar just doesn't want to budge... until it finally does.
    Yup. That is exactly what it feels like.
