    Bodywt 233 lbs. I'm going to have to start eating more as weight has plateaued and I want to push it up to 245-250 lbs.

    Bench @ 335 lbs-3,3,2,2,2,2 Rpe 9. Set/2 min.

    Deads @ 425 lbs-3,3,3,3,2,2 Rpe 8.5. Set/3 minutes. Exhausting.

    Press 10 minute blk @ 165 lbs-51 reps total pr

    I will probably have to switch from 1 day on with 2 days rest to 2 days on with a split routine and then 1 day off. Squats and deads are getting tough from being already fatigued from bench and press is being done after I'm already exhausted. Also, my workouts are starting to stretch into 2 hours and I know from experience that it's not very productive after that 1st hour and a half.

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 335 lbs-3,3,3,2,2,2 Rpe 9. Set/2 minutes

    Squats @ 420 lbs-3,3,3,3,3,2 Rpe 9. Set/4 minutes. Exhausted by the end of these.

    Press @ 207 lbs-4,4,4 Rpe 9.75. Really slow on last set.

    Chins-13,10. Too fatigued on 2nd set. I'm going to switch to a lower/upper split starting soon but keep the same total exercise intervals per month. I'm getting too fatigued on bench before I start my squats/deads and I think the fatigue is becoming a limiting factor. Not to mention the fatigue affecting my press workouts.

    Bodywt 234 lbs. I'm going to start my upper/lower split and see if that helps the fatigue affecting squats, deads and press.

    Bodywt 233 lbs. I've had a bad cold last couple days and slept poorly.

    Deadlifts @ 425 lbs-3,3,3,3,3,2 Rpe 9.5. Set every 3 minutes except between 4th and 5th when some guy was talking to me for about 6-7 minutes. I couldn't really get a full breath due to phlegm in my chest and it was super fatiguing.

    Press @ 210 lbs-4 PR
    ,3,3 Rpe 10 for every set. I'm surprised I could actually hit any of these as gym was really hot and I felt wiped out even before I started.

    Thanks. Press continues to move slowly up. I'll test out my 1RMs in a few weeks to see where I am.

    Bench @ 335 lbs-3,3,3,3,3,3 Rpe 9.75. Set/2 min for 1st four sets than 3 minutes for the last 2 sets. I wasn't fully recovered from last bench session as chest and shoulders were sore before I even started. I have to go out of town for about 4 days and am trying to jam in a few extra sessions even if I'm not fully recovered.

    Press 10 minute blk @ 165 lbs-45 reps total. Pretty sore from the beginning.
