Bench, 1st rep paused @ 335 lbs-3,3,3,2,2,2 Rpe 9. Set/2 minutes
Squats @ 420 lbs-3,3,3,3,3,2 Rpe 9. Set/4 minutes. Exhausted by the end of these.
Press @ 207 lbs-4,4,4 Rpe 9.75. Really slow on last set.
Chins-13,10. Too fatigued on 2nd set. I'm going to switch to a lower/upper split starting soon but keep the same total exercise intervals per month. I'm getting too fatigued on bench before I start my squats/deads and I think the fatigue is becoming a limiting factor. Not to mention the fatigue affecting my press workouts.
