    Was inspired by Pumping Iron and Generation Iron. I really need to get some legit DBs to have at my apartment.

    Sadly, these 8s actually give me a big pump. Yeah... can deadlift 550, but 8s still have an appreciable effect... Great...

    [I should really be able to do 300. 275 was easy. I've paused 281 in competition and that was easy... My training partner's sweat landed in my eye during the first 300 attempt, but it wasn't going to go up anyway. I clearly lost tightness on the second attempt before it even hit my chest. I didn't have a chance. Does this mean my chest is weak? 230 was hard due to the 1RM attempts.]

    PS- The only reason I went off program and tried to max out is because I'll be traveling for 1.5 weeks starting this Saturday. I won't be powerlifting, but I'm hoping to do arms at the hotels haha.

    Forgot to post this from 2 nights ago:

    In Japan for a conference and I needed to do something to justify all the eating that I'm doing, so I used a chair. Probably around 20-30 lbs.
