    Jordan-style. 20 seconds on and 1:40 rest. My active rest is at 3 mph and my 20 seconds is at 9 mph (I have buttons on my treadmill that make it easy to change speeds without pushing a button one hundred times). And, thanks for helping me attempt to get back.
