    Hip hates me. Need to address by next week to start back up. Sad panda is sad. So close to 500 squat. Sigh ! May do usapl in march. Gardiner. Too close not to.

    Bench pause 352.5x3x7 fast even 3 minute breaks no drama. Though if I go usapl need to make sure head down. Noticed with my bench in rack I tend to keep head up since I run outta bench

    Dips 135x8x3 ouch.

    Curls 25x25. Trying to warm up biceps. Seems to feel nicer. Had a painful bicep / forearm for several weeks now. Time to address. Pin firing ?

    2 days in NYC coming up. Ugh.

    315x10x3 what the actual fuck

    Time change or drinking all
    Weekend or any number of excuses led to headache that turned to migraine during squats. So will bench tomorrow.

    Bench tng 360x4x5 these started easy and became hard. I think this is a pr. Well 360
    Looks like July 3 2014 I managed 360x3 failed 4. So yah bench is Bueno

    Is this reality?! My traps have been tight since Tuesday when I did the 200. High bar is fun that way. Or maybe the results of the election just gave me a tension headache that's spilling into my back.

    Yup I did high bar ! My hip flexor was getting beat to shit at the end of the lead up to my lady meet and coach though something a little less in the hip flexor and some high reps for blood flow may help it calm down. Seems happier today. Could also be backing off from heavier weights last week and this week.

    High bar was super novel. Kinda enjoyed it.

    Now off to Boston this week and maybe NYC later this week. Training is gonna be impacted. Liver will be punished.
