I was stressed. So I lifted.

    Ssb 300x5x3
    Bench 315x5x3 paused
    Pool.

Stress managed for a moment. Barely.

Wife back to the hospital today. Fluids and observation. Not entirely sure she's coming home.

Had to do something. So I deadlifted.

Thanks all. This weekend was brutal with her family here. They cause me stress. They gone now so that's better.

Hospice is super helpful. Well except for saying she's gots days or weeks left. That's surreal and hasn't hit home yet.

I spent the weekend with a ditch witch running electrical in a hot sunny day. Wiped me out. Plus wife up and down all night. My sleep is fucked

    Ssb 310x3x3. No juice today
Bench 315x5x3 tng way nicer than squats. Least that's ok.

Dip in the pool and neighbor mowed lawn. Holy cow. Some people really help in a crisis.

Gosh dang it, man. I'm thinking of you and your wife, so very, very, sorry for everyone. Can't imagine.

Wish I was closer to help out.

Not much to do at the point but keep her comfortable. And de-stress via work some. And keep kiddo knowing he is loved.
