    Both. Couple mistakes by be when deadlifting and/or squatting the last 3 years, genetics and life in a desk chair? Standing is good, bending over not so good. Riding bikes is good. Swimming is awesome. Deadlifting light is mostly ok. Loading the bar for deadlift not so good.

    Comically I used to high bar squat, and mostly gave that up for various reasons. One being my back was always stiff and sore and unpleasant in the morning. I started LBBS several years ago and back pain went away! I chased intensity too much and now back pain is back.

    squats: 320x5x5 CARDIO! forgot my sleeves, so these were sleevless
    bench tng : 275x3 315x3 365x3@8.5 350x3 bench was banging today
    had to zip out of gym. jacked effron asked if he and animal could use the blanket bar instead of the westide pitbull bite bar. I guess after using the westside insanely sharp bar my ohio power bar is a blanket of smooth soft caressing.

    squats 325x5x5 easy. back was a little more off today than last week. will keep an eye on it
    bench: 315x3 370x1(super tough wtf?) 340x4 blew past 9, 9.5/10 easy. no gas today 315x4x3 just outta gas. out of time for press. all day meetings to deal with.

    MRI at 715 then breakfast then deadlifts!
    335x5x5 cardio! one set hooked. Hooked is getting easier. Only 1 set hooked, rest doh. I have to say, the worst part of these deadlifts is just bending over to get the weight on the bar. The actual deadlifts are good to go.

    press 135x8x5 easy easy. Rehab all the joints!

    spent the weekend doing a yard project. Back is sun burnt. Squats and bench while sunburnt. SUCKED!

    bench: 315x3 345x3 330x4x2

    squats! 340x5x5

    May go back for bench today or tomorrow not sure. these felt fine. Form is starting to click again. Beltless warm ups to 275 felt ok. gonna keep at this pushing warm-ups beltless and then pushing 5x5 twice a week. no idea what my plan is for a recovery week or a transmute block.. Just gonna run volume where the back feels ok for awhile. I have a meeting with the dr june 4th. We'll see what he says about the MRI. Would be good to get a nice directed plan of attack after that. In the meantime I'll focus on finally getting that 405 bench.

    bench 275x4x2 275x10 Just done. I'm bushed from life and just had no pep. Gonna focus on relaxing this weekend and see how monday's transmute goes. I think 2 more weeks of transmute and then deload adn start over. At least for bench will keep on trucking 5x5s for deads and squats . See how that works. Seems ok on back so far.
