Press 200 x 1 x 3, 175 AMRAP x 2 Got 8 on the amrap
Close Grip Bench Press (1 ct Pause) 337.5 x 3 x 5
Dips 4 x 8 RPE 8 bw+65lbs to start

I have been bad at logging. I'm sorry. I am still training.
We took a vacation to Disney World, and the damn mouse stole my gainzz. I did 405x5x2 and 405x2 on Tuesday and it felt like death. The deadlift at 405x3 also felt like death. Then, Wednesday I squatted 420x4x3 and pressed overhead triples at 200lbs. Life was better. Then, back on the program today, and I was nearly normal.
Squats: 440x1x3, 387x11 amrap.
Bench: 380x1x3 335x5 amrap x4 amrap, all paused.
Deficit deadlift: 415x5x2

Deadlifts in the morning. 470x1x3 felt heavy. 405x3amrap. I gave it a good effort.

Working with SSOC has cut into my logging time. Nevertheless, I am still training.
