    Sunday morning, up with the sun.

    Deadlift: 333 (?!) x 10 x 2. Double overhand on both sets, just because. Hands are tired.
    Bench TNG: 345x2x7 is what was called for. I did six sets, with 4 and 2 because I was bored.

    Chinups amraps 9 10 9 6 6 5, pulling chest to bar on last 3 sets.

    Block Pulls (just below the knee with straps) 525x5 Nada. Nothing. Zip.
    Deadlifts 385 x 5 x 2 fine.
    Press 195 x 5 x 5
    Close Grip Bench Press 305 x 8 x 3
    Squat 330 x 8 x 2
    Weighted Chins 6 x 5 at 20kg. Chest to bar on all but the last set.

    Last night, doing it a day early so I can go to the beach.

    Low Bar Box Squat 320 x 5 x 4
    Bench Press TnG 335 x 6 x 3
    Slingshot Bench Press 410 x 3 x 7. This is what was called for. I did 6 sets of 3, 5, 4, 4, 3, 2. Wanted to get done sooner.

    starting strength coach development program
    Yesterday and today:

    Squats 430x5x3
    Bench press paused 380x2x8
    CGBP 328x2x7. F that. I did three sets of 5 5 4.

    I have been extremely busy with coaching and teaching, which is a wonderful problem to have, but I want to head for the hills and spend a day by myself. Alas. Part of the problem is that my 14 year old daughter is now training (135lb squats!) which is wonderful, but means that my fortress of solitude has another resident.
