    Nice work, Tom. Vascularity is looking badass on the deadlift. Never thought about knee sleeves helping on the bench, but I can see how.

    I woke up at 78.8k(173.7#) today. I need to be about 74k(163#) to make 67.5k(~149#). I only have 8 weeks so we'll see how this goes. 67.5k might not be the in cards, which is fine. I wasn't going to do more than one meet there anyways.
