    It looks like you are on a roll! :-) When is your meet? Are you going to try and do it high bar, or will you switch back (ala Fred Hatfield) to low bar come meet time?

    Hey! Thanks!

    That's a really, really good question. My inclination is to stick with high bar. Just to prove a point!

    I will be competing "Classic Raw" so I can use wraps. I think I can get more out of wraps with a dive bomb high bar than I could with low bar. If I were using a squat suit, I'd be more inclined toward low bar which takes better advantage of the hip rebound.

    You know, back in Sheboygan I was struggling to get my bench to 185 for reps...and I think my squat was just starting to get over 205 for work sets... ha ha!

    I think I'm good for at least 300 on the bench right now, and maybe 315 soon. I'm hoping for reps with 315 before New Year! The meet is Feb 27. Looking for mid-300's paused.
