First time trying this, and while I think had the wood (actually foam roller) set up correctly, my squats were pretty much paused squats because I was thinking way to hard about the whole thing

This whole session wasn't easy, as I was pretty much shaking for every pull and squat. At the moment I blamed it all on Jordan and my macros, but it turns out I have a fever. So I can't really blame him for that, I guess.

Sort of just got done whatever I really could as I'm out of town for the week. There's going to be a lot of juggling of stuff to get most of it in.
