Yeah, these Virus pants aren't anything that are going to keep your knees as warm as sleeves. And now everyone is going to want the Rehband warm pants, Craig!

One of the coaches apparently filmed my single. It was 142kg.

    Bench
    165x1
170 F crap. I really thought I was going to get that one.

Must make great efforts to recover for Day 2 tomorrow. I don't have time to take an extra day here, but this was kind of tough session. Very, very good, and a little wearing.

I sized down from my current pair to see if I could front squat without the Hookgrip wraps and I could, pain free. Which never happens. I know you didn't ask for any of this, but there you have it

I'm curious how you make out with the Rehband pants (as in actual pants) if you get them KoJ.
ok...now you've done it. I going to buy a pair of these warmup shorts.

we seem to be on a similar workout schedule.

My bench suffered yesterday thanks to the squats also. I think next session I am going to bench first. this will give my shoulders a break to press also. see how it goings.

Yes, I am used to this, but I think I just didn't get myself ready for the 170. I was too sloppy about my set up and initial bar descent. I am almost never switch my comp lifts out of the programmed order. Jordan changes them from time to time, but those are the lifts that I don't muck with. :-) I have to be prepared to bench after my squats in comps, so this seems like a fair training set up most of the time.

Gwyn, I hear you. Honest logging right now-the work is burying me. I am super worn out, and I am pretty sure my legs are more thrashed than they've been in a long time. But guess what doesn't care? Apparently my DL.

    12/1/15
    Day 2

    Deadlift
    341x1
    300x3x9
Really good training numbers for me right now

    2 ct paused bench
    155x1
    135x4x5

    Squat, no belt
    200x8x5
(so those were hard, I almost quit before really starting these, but instead I taught my strength class and then I squatted.)

Next week I do not have to do 9 sets for my comp lifts. I will make it.
