    This IG post in which my dumb PR move is revealed, my hair is a disaster, and my top looks like it could be a maternity top, yet none of that matters because I pulled 165x1/363#
    Then I did

    Rack Pulls
    (who cares)

    Squat without a belt, up to 265x1 @7

    Day 1


    Squat
    330x1 @8
    335x1 @9, like not an overshot 9, maybe even a high 8, but I was not as tight as I should have been for either of these, so I stopped there.
    305x3x3 sets Got that form cleaned up

    Bench
    187x1 @8 (no lift off even)
    192.5x1 @9
    176x3x3 sets (thin that is a PR of sorts there)

    DL
    205x1 every 30 sec x 15

    Bench, 3 count pause
    up to 160x1 @7

    Have I mentioned how in love with my programming and coaching I am right now? I'm 12 weeks out from Worlds, and I don't think things could be going better.
