We're increasing my "exposure" to the lifts right now. You'll see that these time slots are always the 4th and/or 5th lifts of the day. So these are a way to get me doing more squats, bench, and deads without causing me to hate my life. Some people ask if this is a good way to train in "less" time but it's not really. I am currently doing 6 bench variations, 4 squat, and 5 DL variations each week, so training still takes a good chunk of time. :-)
