Had more to do today but with all the squatting I was just too tired. Happy to get 435 with the previous hamstring injury I've been healing. Goal for this week is to get some current 1RM and get ready for the next strength cycle and build from where I am. Also down to 218ish. Slowly getting there. Got to catch some of the IPF Raw Championships, specifically the masters divisions. Pretty awesome.
