    Pretty good day. On Grand Cayman right now for work and it was nice to hit a real gym with real people.

    Side Delt Raises 3x10, x10, x10
    Tricep Pushdowns 4x6-8
    Max Rep Push ups 3 sets

    Alright workout, was really looking forward to pressing. Need to go to the gym at a different time. I'm in Caymans and it is packed in the evening. Also very hot in the gym. It's a 2 t-shirt gym.

    Dips 3x8 Pretty good, those rings are some much harder than a dip stand. Used a dip stand for these.
