High fatigue today. Wasn't expecting much. TRAC said drop a set.
Deadlift - 250x1 @8, 250x2 @8.5. 237.5x2@8. PR in Oly shoes probably.
Pin Press (chest level) - 170x1 @8 PR, 165x3 @10, 157.5x3@9.

TnG bench - 182.5x1@8.5, 160x3x8@7-9.
32 chins in 10 mins.
Barbell curls 40x10x3 1-2 min rest.
Pretty good session. Should be able to hit 183x1@8 next week for a big PR.

Deadlift- 235x3 @6, 247.5x3 @6.5, 267.5x2@10 PR. Rep 3 got to mid shin. Had a drop set programmed but my back hates pulling after an RPE 10. Skipped it.
Wide Grip Bench - 157.5x3 @6, 165x3 @7, 172.5x3 @8, 172.5x2@10 (felt like I might tear something), 155x3x2@7.5-8

Really strong, Will. You're setting PRs almost every session.
I have only ever done wide grip bench once and it felt pretty terrible given my pec issues.

Thanks, Manveer. The fatigue from the 4 week developmental block has started to lift in this 2 week specialisation block. TRAC still says high fatigue, though, so things should pick up even more in the 2 weeks of sport form starting next week. Then I've got a deload.
Completely fresh, I believe I've got 275/190/285 in me as third attempts now.
I don't like wide grip bench much. I can put up a big e1rm on one set, then it feels like an injury waiting to happen. With weights about 95%, my e1rm also drops massively compared to sets of 3-5@8 because it takes my triceps out of the lockout too much.

60 chins. Bodyweight this morning 108.55kg.
Didn't want to risk rows today. Back still annoyed by RPE 10 deadlift.
