Deadlift - 227.5x5x3@7-8. Finished yesterday's volume. I'm not splitting it over two days again if I can avoid it. It was hard to get my head back in the game whilst already sore and fatigued from the 3 sets the day before.
Midrange pin press - 195x1@8 PR, 187.5x3@8.5, 180x3x2@8

3ct Pause Bench - 170x1 @8 PR, 165x3 @10 PR, 155x3x2@8.5-10.
Triceps pretty fatigued from pin press yesterday. Still, good to dominate 170.

3ct Pause Bench - 172.5x1@10, 147.5x4 @8.5, 140x4x3@8-8.5
Press - 72.5x10@8 then 5 breaths and 72.5x3x10 on 5 breath rests, then the same for 60x3x10
