20/6
Squat - 197.5x4 @6, 207.5x4 @7, 217.5x4 @8.5, 207.5x4x4@7.5-8.5
Not too bad. Rib still present a bit but getting much better. Should regain some traction after this session.
Might fit in some pressing later tonight.

Pin Press (mid range) 200x1 @8.5, 187.5x4 @9, 175x4x2@8-9, 170x4@8.5
Just trying not to detrain while I heal. Bit of pain here but not much. Summer heat at 110kg is definitely worse than it was when I was lighter.

23/6
Deadlift w/belt - 202.5x4 @6, 212.5x4 @7, 222.5x4x4 @8-8.5.
Had to skip the final set because the area under my bottom rib on my back was getting aggravated again. But I only pulled 222.5 for 1 rep in my last deadlift session due to rib pain so thankfully this was a big step back to normal.
Pin press (midrange) - 175x4@7, 180x4@8.5, 180x4@9, 175x4x2@8-8.5
Not bad for having done this variation heavy a few days ago.
Lost a lot momentum going into this meet. But not worth pulling out now with 4 weeks to go if I can resume normal training next week - I still think 267.5/187.5/277.5 is realistic at 110kg for the -120kg squat, bench and total records.

Bench (touch and go) - 152.5x5 @7, 162.5x5 @8.5, 155x5x3@8.5-9. Fatigued from the two slots of heavy pin presses this earlier in the week.
Ab/rib seems to be about 95% now. Finally no pain when moving around normally. Fingers crossed for squats tomorrow.

My fingers are crossed for you tomorrow as well!
Did you watch any of the IPF Classic Worlds?

Yeah man, I watched a bit. Some amazing lifting!

Squat w/belt 207.5x3 @6, 217.5x3 @7, 227.5x3x2 @8-8.5, 217.5x3x2@8.5-9
Should be back over e1rm 275kg in 2 weeks.
Couldn't squat on Monday because my car broke down and I had to spend my training slot getting it fixed, then I had to stay up until about 2am to hit a work deadline so was too tired to train safely on Tuesday.

TRAC said high fatigue. Had the afternoon off work so could've taken a nap, but...
Deadlift w/belt - 222.5x3 @6.5, 227.5x3@7, 232.5x3x2@7.5, 8.5, 222.5x3x2@7.5-8. Pretty grim but e1rm +7.5kg from last week, so climbing out of the slump.
Pin Press (mid range) - 190x1 @8, 180x3 @10, 165x3@7, 170x3@7.5. Slight dip. Seems to happen with these - good for the first week or so, then the fatigue from the heavy loads sets into my joints.
2ct Pause Squat - 182.5x6 @7, 192.5x6 @8, 202.5x6 @8.5, 192.5x6@8
Brought my grip in a finger's width on squat to middle fingers on the rings. Felt good.

2/7
Pin Press (mid range) 160x5 @7, 167.5x5 @7.5, 177.5x4 @10, 162.5x5@9
4/7
Pin Squat - 202.5x4 @6.5, 212.5x4 @7.5 (e1rm 260kg), 212.5x3@9.5 (top set not bad but too tired to keep it up today), 182.5x4x3@7-7.5
Bench (touch and go) 155x5 @7.5 (e1rm 194kg), 162.5x5 @9 (e1rm 194kg), 150x5x2@8, 8
Nothing is feeling good at the moment, but everything is around 90-95% of my e1rm PR levels, and I'm not injured. Just need to focus on consistency and patience.
