Not sure what that means. You mean decreasing training frequency?

Heh. I was pretty tired too. I blame the jet lag mostly.

Getting better at these. Probably still lowballing RPE, but that's an e1RM PR anyway.

Yeah, by the end Mentzer was advising something like one set every 10 - 14 days IIRC.

Ah, yeah, Mark would never allow that!

Became very uncoordinated on my top single and then the first down set. Strength is there, though. Building momentum towards 600.

Triceps were just dead, started failing to lock out reps at the end. Rests were on the shorter side too, which could've contributed.

Shortening rest when you're used to longish rest has been a huge PITA for me. On the plus side, you're still way stronger than me.

Yeah, I agree on the rest. Pressing doesn't feel very fatiguing so I get bored between sets and tend to cut the rest too short if I'm trying to hurry up.

Re: being stronger than you, I also weigh ~50# more than you, so there's that.

Tough to end the session with beltless squats after deadlifts (and comp squats yesterday). RPE was mostly relative to my ability to keep my back from rounding. Pretty tired.

I imagine this as the inverse of the "you callin' me fat?" meme, but with the same bite.
