    Yeah, as far as the deadlift goes they are. The volume drop helps. Not sure where my squat will be. I doubt I will set a squat PR based on e1RMs the last few weeks.

    I still have a little bit of low back fatigue from last week, but otherwise feeling fresh.

    Sold my rower for $600 today too. Same as what I paid 2.5 years ago. It's been a good birthday.

    The dude who came to pick it up owns a CF gym nearby. He wanted to bet me $50 that he could do more squat reps with 225 than me. I passed... I would probably run out of air at around 20. Invited me to come to his gym and lift. Might do that every now and then to change it up.

    Lol... he offered to give me a 6 month diet plan and program if I won too. He said he could increase my lifts by 30% (!) while I lost weight. I was thinking... dude, I would be a WR holder.
