Sold my rower for $600 today too. Same as what I paid 2.5 years ago. It's been a good birthday.
The dude who came to pick it up owns a CF gym nearby. He wanted to bet me $50 that he could do more squat reps with 225 than me. I passed... I would probably run out of air at around 20. Invited me to come to his gym and lift. Might do that every now and then to change it up.

One other thing I forgot about - he told me I should go to the main Westside gym in town. LOLLLL... I had to keep a straight face, but I don't need to learn the tricks of squatting a foot high in multi-ply equipment.
