Hypertrophy phase is over!!! I finished my cut; down to ~162 lbs, and feeling breddy gud.
Time to get more specific.
Next:
* Two five-week strength phases back-to-back;
* Peak over four weeks;
* Show up at the NJ Heavy Metal Classic and DOMINATE!
Super psyched to get back to heavy ass weights.
