    Squat

    Felt really good, 2 more sets seems like so much more than 10 reps tho.

    Press
    145x5,5,3

    Time to switch this to ascending 5s and 3s like I did with my squat, then will transition it to the Texas method

    Deadlift
    410x5 ties PR

    Still need to tune up form, but still a big improvement from last week

    Pretty happy with how these chin ups are going.

    Anyways on to the 3 day Texas method for all my lifts. Starting next week with squat bench and DL on volume day, I will eventually move DL to ID but will try hold off for awhile.

    Shitty shitty day.

    Failed first ID squats, mainly because of technique not strength, looked like I had never squatted before, will repeat.

    Press
    155x1

    Dicking around here, grinded out 135 as last warmup.... So decided to just see what 155 was like

    LT DL
    225x3x3


    Overall not happy at all with how today went but not worried about it, will fix everything up next week.

    Quit dicking around and changing your program each day because you feel like it, follow the program and do what youbare supposed to do each day. (Your extra squat thale other day bc it felt good, this press just to see how it felt.) This shit is going to accumulate to to much extra work , and you're already on a challenging program. Rant over.

    You are correct my friend, I had caught the case of I'm gonna be a stupid bitch ass bitch yesterday, but not to worry I am feeling smarter already

    Hadn't really been watching it b/c... I'm stupid, so it is still 210-214ish going to actively push to 225 now though.

    Minimal rest still felt good.

    Deadlift
    415x3/5

    Time to move this over to ID, they looked by far the best they have in a minute so happy with this either way, time to eat all you can eat sushi for $13 and try to break the record of 58.


    Also it is time to not be a putz and push my bodyweight up to 225
