    Weighed in at 103.something

    462 3 whites
    490 3 whites (45lb meet Pr)
    507 fail

    Was worried about depth so was going 3inches too deep and got forward of mid foot on 507 out of the hole.

    Bench
    259 3 whites
    281 3 whites
    297 3 whites (27lb meet pr)

    Deadlift
    479 3 whites
    513 3 whites
    530 3 whites (50lb meet pr)

    Total 1316. Next meet will probably be 5 bar on July 1st
