    Accumulated too much fatigue a few days too early it would seem. Just didn't have it today. Not "too" worried about it since I pulled 520x1@8.5 about a month ago.

    Super jelly of your numbers, hopefully going to the seminar at the end of next week and having in-person coaching will help me get gainnzzz like you. Or maybe I'll still look like a basic gym-bro. Hopefully the former.
