    I was a little worried about today's lifts since I am down about 3 lbs accidentally, but things went well.

    Squat:
    465x1@9.5 +10 lb PR


    Deadlift:
    550x1@10 +25 lb PR


    Press:
    200x fail but I don't care, at all. This will come soon.

    YTD progress:
    10/5/25
    +40 lbs

    Friday 3/10/2017

    Time to put in a light day after testing:

    Squat:
    135x5
    225x5
    275x4. Got nauseous here, last rep didn't want to come out of the hole. Wasn't really all that heavy obviously.

    Bench:
    135x10
    185x5. Nausea not subsiding. Had felt perfectly fine up until the workout.

    I'll take the weekend off and start back Monday.

    Had planned on a light squat day with 3x5 or so just to get back into the swing of things and start my new cycle Friday, but warm ups felt really good and light so decided to jump right in.

    CGBP: focusing on keeping elbows tucked so stayed conservative with weight. I flare my elbows when it gets heavy, even on close grip.

    Scale read 200 lbs after a couple of coffees and breakfast so probly around 199.

    Squat:
    320x8x4 last set @ 7.5

    Deadifts: squat weren't very heavy, but damn I was really tired from them, so had to go light today
    w/u to 455x1 realized here that a heavy set was not a good idea on this day...had 485 or 495x5 planned.

    Bench:
    245x5x2 lil too heavy
    235x5x3

    Term life policy has lapsed, and unfortunately cannot afford to not have life insurance yet. However, since I am no longer emaciated, my life insurance premium is double. If I lose about 7 pounds, my rate will go down about 60%, but there is no way I can get the lowest rate. What a crock of bullshit. Losing 7 lbs will be worth saving $3k in premiums though, so I guess I'll drop a few then fast for a day or something.

    Having trouble deadlifting lately after squats. Going to see how things go as I taper volume down for the next couple of weeks, but if things continue to suck, I might have to think about deadlifting on a separate day from skwaats.
