Time to put in a light day after testing:
Squat:
135x5
225x5
275x4. Got nauseous here, last rep didn't want to come out of the hole. Wasn't really all that heavy obviously.
Bench:
135x10
185x5. Nausea not subsiding. Had felt perfectly fine up until the workout.
I'll take the weekend off and start back Monday.
