    I did my best to do the descending part of movement as slow as possible. At the moment bench is pretty good. Strength seems to come back.

    starting strength coach development program
    Hey Folks,

    no training logs the last few days, because there was no training. Had incredible pain in my nable (3 appointments with different doctors - nobody could find anything). On April 21st I will have a MR scan... I hope they will find a reason - or better a solusion - then. Until then, I am out...
