Denver seminar was a great experience. takeaways are to stay tighter and shove belly down, creating and unhinging at the hip rather than curling upper thoracic in order to set back angle for squat. keep wrists straight for bench. break up DL setup into the 5 steps rather than rushing through them. jump later for the pc, and pop the hips forward to create that bounce for the press. awesome weekend, rip and staff were great.
It was great getting to work with you at the seminar. Glad you took a lot away from it!
Well done this weekend Jake, youre a young dude with plenty of potential. I look forward to following your log and watching you progress to that 500lb squat!
Thanks for all the helpful tips this weekend Niki! Youre a great coach and I look forward to possibly workin with you again. BTW theres a nice pic of you and me on the website REPORT page!
