Squat - 355x5, 345x5x2, 225x15
I was supposed to do a top set of 355x5 (which I did, the one bright spot of today) followed by 4 drop sets of around 340-345. nope
Bench Press - 225x5x2, 185x15
By now these felt dreadful, 225 is no where near working weights so i said fuck it and did a burnout set to end my day. no DL's today no way.
*Ill take the top set of squats as a victory, (even though they were ugly) considering I spent 14 hours in airports yesterday and havent trained or taken any protein in a week, and im underfed and tired. Oh well, Ill get back on it and do my L and M days this week then hit heavy weights next monday.
