7/7 *Ok, I have a few updates since I got some numbers and pics today. I had the nurse check my arm and thigh sizes. I was 20.125" on the arm (cold and flexed) and 32" on the thigh (mid thigh, cold and flexed). My BW was 352.8 which is where it has been hovering the past few weeks. I was down to 335#, but I ate over the holidays and haven't tried to lose it. I may not though, and just maintain where I am at. I am feeling pretty good, and my pressing strength was way up today. OHP: up to 190x6 RPE 6ish, 180x6x2 RPE was 6.5 for first set and 6 for second. I took 3 minutes between sets today, since it felt fast and light. Rainbow in the Dark was playing for the last set, so really it was RPE 0 because you can lift for rep anything while that song is playing. This is a marked improvement from a few weeks ago when this weight was tough. Bleeding off some fatigue has been helping.
1 ARM DB Press: 40'sx8, 45'sx8, 50'sx8
Tricep Extensions (overhead, rope): 150x10x3
Face Pulls: 160x12x3 *I took 90 seconds between all assistance sets after supersetting DB Hammer Curls w/ 35's (4 sec eccentrics) after each set.
