    WTF was that? Looked like his arm broke. I have band pegs on the top and bottom of my rack but I could never convince myself there was any good reason to use them. Who the hell needs to work on their strength at the top? Geared lifters maybe?

    I thought the strap broke...then I watched it again. Gonna puke now - don't like that stuff.

    Hit my gym up this afternoon. Both power racks in use. One rack had two guys taking turns doing box squats up to 365. I was pretty impressed. One of them talked about wanting to get either his deadlift or his squat up to 500 this winter which actually might have been realistic for him seeing how easily he managed 365. The other rack had a guy doing squats with 225 plus chains that had ~6" ROM. I was pretty unimpressed.
