    Personally I grunt a lot when training heavy, especially on squats. I've noticed some weird looks from members and PTs but I don't give a shit. Besides other than on the bench press I rarely see anyone lifting numbers close or exceeding mine (and I am not very strong, especially for this site standards).
    To my chagrin, I notice that I grunt more during lighter accessory work. Squatting 385x5. Not a peep. Curling 45# plates between sets? I sound like a randy hog. I piss myself off honestly.

    I thought this was as good a place to ask this question. How the hell do you bend a barbell? It's not like anybody in the gym is lifting heavy weights
