Deadlift Help - Meet Video From This Weekend

I realize after my meet this weekend that I have a technique flaw that is seriously holding my deadlift back. I get out of position in the second half of the lift and do not get proper hip extension to lock out the bar. This is not an issue on my lighter sets since the bar is moving fast enough at that point where I blow through the sticking point.

I know that my head position is way out of whack and that I throw my head/shoulders back as the bar clears my knees. Do you think it will be enough of a fix for me to just keep my head down, or is there something else I should be doing to fix this problem.

Thank you very much for the help, I know I can pull about 600 at 200lbs if I can just fix this technique flaw.
Also, as I use heavier weight I'd like to use a good quality belt? Any suggestions? THe one in the video is a Nike belt but I didn't like it popping off there right before a rep. Thanks.

Hey guys,

I recently posted this a few weeks back to get my form checked. The conclusion was that I need to fix my knees caving in.

I've since deloaded down to 180lbs and worked back to 200lbs, but I still have an issue where on the way back up I will lean on my left leg more than my right. I'm not sure how to fix this. I think it may be my stance is too narrow.

Here is the SAME video I had posted previous. I haven't had time to get a buddy to record another set.

Again, this is the same video. Please trust I have fixed the knees caving and instead I would appreciate any insight into the leaning on 1 leg issue.

Video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0jn8...ature=youtu.be

Much appreciated.

Just started the program after meaning to 'start next week' for a year or more. I'm fat and weak as hell. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and a painful lower back after a car crash a couple of years ago, so squatting hurts a bit, but hopefully that will ease as I get stronger.

3rd squat session of the program - 44 kg x 5 x 3 - this is the 2nd set -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkYbWex0XDQ&t=0m26s

What I can see - The bar looks like it's forward of my mid-foot. I don't know if my knees should be coming forward a bit more and if that'll fix it. It looks like I'm not using as much hip drive as I could.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Apologies if the angle isn't great - I especially wanted to see where the bar was in relation to my mid-foot and how far my knees were traveling forward, hence the camera being side-on.

Okay here is my latest Deadlift session. I watched some Rippetoe vids and was ready to go. I tried to get my shins closer to the bar and I think I should feel "tight" when I reach down and grab the bar but I still feel like it's slipping and sliding too much. I keep having to readjust and pull the bar closer etc. Anyway, I'm trying and ready to hear advice.

I also went for a couple of singles (not something I do regularly as you can see from my videos) and had a shaky rep that was hilarious but also my cue that I've reached my max and need to concentrate on form.
